Why we love pear cut diamonds ?

Like ovals, pear-cut diamonds have a slimming effect on fingers, especially when they have an elongated length-to-width ratio. More than any other diamond shape, pear-cut diamonds appear the largest for their carat weight.

Mara’s Gemological advice 

Pears mask inclusions very well, but tend to show warmth in their tip in lower colors. While the length to width ratio of classic pear shaped diamond is 1.40-1.70, a wider shape is preferred for a solitaire ring.

COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING & ENGRAVING

We offer a complimentary resizing within ±2 sizes, if needed, during the first two months after you receive your ring.

TIMELINE

The creation time for a bespoke engagement ring typically requires between 8 to 10 weeks. 

From the foundry and setter to the jeweler, engraver, lapidary, gemologist, and  jewelry designer, 5 to 7 master artisans will work hand in hand to bring your vision to life.

If you are on a tight schedule, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
WORK WITH US REMOTELY

We successfully work remotely with clients from all parts of Switzerland and abroad. Our process is transparent, and we provide regular updates with pictures and videos that allow you to feel like you are right in the workshop with us!
PRICING

Following our initial conversation, you will receive an offer via email. Upon accepting my offer, a deposit of 50% is required to begin the project. 

Upon completion of your ring, the remaining 50% payment is due before shipping or pickup.

The base price for a bespoke project start at 13'000.- CHF.
INSURED DELIVERY

Your wedding rings will be delivered to your home fully insured, with a signature required upon arrival.

Shipping fees are complimentary within Switzerland.

JEWELRY CARE

To maintain the shine and cleanliness of your jewellery, clean them once a week using warm water, a soft toothbrush, and soap.

Avoid using hand sanitisers as they can harm gemstones. Remember to remove your jewellery before using any hand sanitiser.

Additionally, it is recommended to have your jewellery professionally cleaned, re-polished, and have the precious stone settings checked every 1 to 2 years. This will help keep your jewelry in great condition for years to come.
