CREATION TIME
If a collection piece is not available, the creation time for a collection piece typically requires between 4 to 6 weeks.
However, if you are on a tight schedule, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
When placing your order, please select the 'I Don't Know' option for ring size.
If you're in Switzerland, I'm delighted to send you a complimentary ring sizer to ensure the perfect fit for your order and guide you through the process.
Alternatively, you can visit your nearest jewelry shop to determine your ring size accurately.
FREE RING RESIZING
Not a problem. I offer the first resizing, if needed, within a range of +-2 sizes during the initial two months after you receive the ring.
Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design constraints.
If you choose to ship the ring back for resizing, the shipping fees will be at your expense.
FREE ENGRAVING
We offer complimentary engraving on rings if the design allows it. Let us know when checking out what message you would like and we will confirm via email.
SHIPPING - NATIONAL ORDERS
Available pieces are Ready to Ship within 4-7 business days.
Made-to-Order pieces are shipped within 4-6 weeks.
National orders are shipped via La Poste Suisse, fully insured, with a signature required upon arrival. Shipping fees are complimentary within Switzerland.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via DHL. Please note that shipping fees and duty taxes are not included.
Available pieces are Ready to Ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Made-to-Order pieces are shipped within 6 to 7 weeks.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
WARRANTY
We offer a 2 years warranty covering manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, and missing pavé stones.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones.
Lost or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty is void if modifications are made by another jeweller after the purchase.

If you opt for a bespoke piece, you will be immersed in the full creation process, from selecting the precious stone to designing and crafting in the atelier.
CREATION TIME
The creation process for a bespoke ring typically require 8-10 weeks.
However, if you are on a tight schedule, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
DIAMOND SELECTION
We aim for your bespoke project to not only be beautiful but also to retain its value and appreciate over time, making it a pure investment.
You will receive a diamond selection by email, detailing the journey of each diamond from the day they were discovered at the mine. You'll have access to pictures and videos showcasing their rough state, cutting projection, and the final faceted diamond proposed to you.
The diamonds are natural, GIA Certified, and accompanied by an additional Traceability Certificate containing the information above. This certificate, created for diamonds above 1 carat through blockchain technology, adds value to your project by ensuring ethical practices and origin.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Custom projects start at 11,000.- CHF. (VAT 8.1% Incl.)
PAYMENT
Following our meeting, you will receive an offer via email. Upon accepting my offer, a deposit of 50% is required to begin the project.
Deposits for custom rings are non-refundable but transferable.
Upon completion of your ring, the remaining 50% payment is due before shipping or pickup.
Please understand that by commissioning us to create your custom piece, it becomes a final sale with no refunds or exchanges offered.

If you don't live near Lausanne, you don't need to worry. We work effectively with clients from all parts of Switzerland and abroad using online calls, email, and phone communication.
Our process is completely transparent, and we provide regular updates with pictures and videos. This creates a virtual experience that allows you to feel like you are right in the workshop with us!

REPAIRS AND RESTORATIONS
Deep Cleaning & Polishing for 18K Gold Pieces: 200.- CHF
For White Gold there is an additional 60.- CHF for rhodium plating
Re-Sizing a Ring: the base price is 250.- CHF + 50.- CHF for each additional size
Soldering a Broken Chain: 170.- CHF For White Gold there is an additional 60.- CHF for rhodium plating
Prices include 8.1% VAT and can change depending on the gold price
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESET A FAMILY HEIRLOOM?
It is possible to reuse gemstones from a family jewel. However, we do not take responsibility in the event of breakage during the process of unsetting the stone.
