6. CUSTOM ORDERS & BESPOKE COMMISSIONS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Timelines are estimates
  • You are responsible for accurate specifications
  • Minor variations are inherent to handcrafted jewelry

Natural gemstone variations do not constitute defects.

7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ACCURACY

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings
  • Gemstones vary naturally
  • Dimensions and weights are approximate
  • Images may be enlarged

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
