Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING & CREATION TIME

All pieces are crafted to order in our Swiss ateliers.

Creation time varies depending on the design and complexity of the piece. The estimated production timeframe is indicated on each product page and calculated in business days.

Production begins once payment has been received and confirmed. For bespoke commissions requiring a deposit, production begins upon deposit confirmation, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Once your piece has been completed and passed our quality control, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched according to your selected shipping method.

During peak periods, production times may be extended. We will keep you informed of your order's progress throughout.

As each piece is made to order, cancellation is not possible once production has begun, even in the event of extended production timelines.

2. SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND

Orders are shipped via La Poste Suisse with full insurance coverage.

  • Estimated transit time: 4–7 business days from dispatch
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Shipping is included for all Swiss orders
  • Tracking information provided by email

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to sign for your parcel. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed, any shipping and administrative costs incurred for the initial dispatch will not be reimbursed and re-shipment fees will apply.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon signed delivery.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, ensuring your piece arrives safely with full insurance and tracking.

  • Tracking information provided by email

Estimated transit times from dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • North America & other regions: 7–14 business days

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, any shipping and administrative costs incurred for the initial dispatch will not be reimbursed and re-shipment fees will apply.

Signature & Delivery Authorization

Due to the high value of our pieces, signature upon delivery is mandatory.

If you independently modify delivery instructions directly with the carrier — including safe drop authorization, redirection, or release without signature — responsibility transfers to you once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees determined by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

If delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, import/export fees and administrative handling charges. These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

We reserve the right to decline international orders where shipping is not available or practical.

4. TRACKING & DELIVERY

All shipments include full insurance coverage, tracking and signature confirmation.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please monitor your shipment to ensure availability for delivery.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt. If the packaging appears damaged:

  • Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Retain all packaging materials

This allows us to process insurance claims efficiently should any damage have occurred in transit.

5. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters or government restrictions.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is lost or missing, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier immediately. Carrier investigations may take approximately 10–21 business days to complete.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements while an active carrier investigation is ongoing. Replacement or refund will be processed only after the carrier confirms the loss.

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout the process.

6. MULTIPLE ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We aim to dispatch all items in your order together. If your order includes multiple pieces with different production timelines, we may ship items separately at no additional cost to you.

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.
