Shipping
1. Order Processing
All of our jewellery is made to order. Creation times vary by design—some pieces require only a few days while others may take several weeks. Please refer to the product page of the item you are purchasing for the estimated creation time. Once your piece has been crafted and passed quality control, we will dispatch it according to the shipping method you choose.
2. Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
·      We ship orders within Switzerland via La Poste Suisse.
·      Free Shipping: Standard insured shipping and handling are offered free of charge for domestic orders.
·      Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
·      All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is signed for.
3. International Shipping
·      We ship internationally via DHL Express where available. International shipping is not offered free of charge; shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
·      Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
·      Delivery times vary by destination; please allow 5–10 business days to Europe and 7–14 business days to North America and other regions, measured from the date of dispatch. These times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
·      If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right to decline international orders.
4. Tracking and Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. You will receive an e‑mail with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please track your shipment and ensure someone is available to sign for it.
5. Local Pickup and Boutique Collection
You may collect your order from our showroom in Lausanne (by appointment) or at our partner boutiques in Paris or New York. Contact us to arrange pickup. A government‑issued ID and your order confirmation are required.
6. Delivery Issues and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as customs inspections, strikes or natural disasters. If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, contact us promptly and we will assist with carrier claims.
7. Partial Shipments
We endeavour to dispatch all items in a single shipment. For orders containing multiple pieces with different production times, we may ship items separately. We will notify you of any split shipments and you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the revised policy is published on our website.
