Shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Sizing & Adjustments
Yes — many of our designs can be adjusted to achieve the perfect fit. For example, half-eternity rings can typically be resized by approximately two sizes.
Due to their continuous design, full eternity rings cannot be resized in the traditional way — this is a characteristic of the style rather than a limitation of our service.
If your exact size is not listed, please select “Other” at checkout. After your order is placed, we will follow up with you to confirm the correct size. If needed, we can send a complimentary ring sizer before production begins to ensure precision.
