THE CUSTOM MADE PROCESS

Creating a bespoke engagement ring is a personal journey. As GIA-certified gemologists with over 10 years of experience, we guide you through every step—from selecting the perfect diamond to designing and crafting your ring in our Swiss atelier. You'll be fully involved in the process, ensuring your ring is not only beautiful but designed to retain its value over time.
COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING & ENGRAVING

We offer a complimentary resizing within ±2 sizes, if needed, during the first two months after you receive your ring.

TIMELINE

Bespoke engagement rings require 8-10 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. This includes diamond selection with our GIA gemologist, design development and CAD rendering, Swiss craftsmanship, stone setting, and quality control. If you have an urgent timeline, please contact us.
WORK WITH US REMOTELY

We successfully work with clients across Switzerland and internationally. Our transparent process includes video calls, detailed photos, and regular updates throughout your bespoke jewelry journey, making the experience seamless whether you're in Lausanne or across the globe.
PRICING

The base price for a bespoke engagement ring starts at CHF 13,000 (VAT 8.1% included). Following our initial consultation, you'll receive a detailed quote via email. Upon accepting, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipping or pickup.
DELIVERY

Your engagement ring will be delivered to your home fully insured, with a signature required upon arrival.

Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment in our Showroom in Lausanne to pick it up in person.

Shipping fees are complimentary within Switzerland.

JEWELRY CARE

To maintain the shine and cleanliness of your jewellery, clean them once a week using warm water, a soft toothbrush, and soap.

Avoid using hand sanitisers as they can harm gemstones. Remember to remove your jewellery before using any hand sanitiser.

Additionally, it is recommended to have your jewellery professionally cleaned, re-polished, and have the precious stone settings checked every 1 to 2 years. This will help keep your jewelry in great condition for years to come.
