This engagement ring is set with a center Asscher cut diamond of approx. 0.50ct surrounded by a 10 round brilliant diamonds of 0.60 carat of the finest quality.

Asscher, or square emerald, is a step cut diamond. Their large step facets, higher crown, and smaller table allow them to produce more brilliance than their emerald cut counterparts. The cropped corners give the asscher cut a somewhat octagonal shape.
